Our services include SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website design, development, and other digital solutions which require time, effort, and resource allocation. Therefore, refunds are not possible once work has started.
Any advance or partial payment made for booking services, consultation, or project initiation is strictly non-refundable.
In rare cases, if a refund is approved at the sole discretion of Digital Growth Mantra, the refunded amount (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days and may include applicable deductions.
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without valid reason will be considered a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may lead to suspension of services.
